Have you encountered it depleting? Showing red light when charging then turns green after some minute. Then still wont turn on

I just got one, but there is no charged light. It talks about it in the manual and you talk about it and breifly show it, but on the model I have that shipped today. No light.

I found it. It only works with a USB C attached to a computer. If you use a USB C wire that is from a charger it will not work. But, there is a small light on either side of the USB C port on the vacuum handle. One side glows red the other green. I just looks like part of the port unless you have a non-charger wire attached. Hope this helps.@@yagamilight932
