What a great documentary!! Thank you so much for this wonderful work. I have just one small suggestion, personally I would prefer sub-titles when Gouridi, Dhirenda, etc. were speaking. Since their voice recording was very clear, the English audio was little disturbing. And I would love to hear them speak. A great work none the less!
Thanks for uploading it. It is an important document on the cultural history of modern Bengal, but there are some negative points. The sound track should be improved a lot -- it is not clear. Also voice should not be merged with background music which is diminishing the effect of important narration. There is no need for English translation of Gowri Bhanja's speech/ voice. There can be English subtitles as translation. Could you please improve it this way?
I have answered the poor quality of sound and dubbing I would love to but the original is on Betacam and its difficult to find a set up to transfer all the stock footage

almost 20 or more years ago : I will try to get an unmixed version you know it was shot on Betacam and I cant find a beta set up to transfer to digital sorry about that

Mam If I am not wrong than, you were the producer of the health related show aired on Doordarshan named "Kar Bhala Soch Bhala", mam the show was fantastic and very informative at that time, but the show's Title Song " Ye Bhi Jaana Hota" was one of the fantastic song I have ever heard and most memorable song from my childhood, Mam I would be highly highly obliged to you if you can upload that song on RU-vid.
