Loved your review. I’ve got an insert in mine that makes it keep its shape. I store the handles upright by closing the Dustbag around the handles, that’s how it was stored when I purchased it at Goyard. That means they stay upright all the time and do not fall by the bags side. I also got handle protectors that stop the handles wearing by rubbing and makes it comfy by not digging in. ❤

I would definitely get the MM, if you’re over 5’5”. I am about 5’7” and the bag is the perfect size, it doesn’t “consume me” and I have a feeling you’re going to need extra space for all of your chargers, cables, etc. let me know if you end up purchasing one and good luck!

I kinda get afraid seeing your vids because they cause me to get sticky fingers lol :) Thanks for letting me know that you have to make your first purchase in person. I always wonder this because some boutiques are literally just in One state or area, like Sandro for example. I love the interior of it and just love that its not an in your face luxury design. I agree with you; I do wish it had feet but would just need to be careful with it. ;)
Great video !! Do you find the straps and weight of bag uncomfortable ?? I have the exact bag and it feels very heavy to me and straps digs into my shoulder . Thoughts ?
Thank you for watching! When I would load it up with my MacBook and the clunky charger, yes a bit. But that’s also because I would carry the bag from the car, down the garage, through the building lobby and up the elevator which was a total of like 5 minutes. I wouldn’t wear it for too long when it was loaded up.
If you wanted to put this bag in a suitcase, how would you advise doing that so you don't crease it? Since it doesn't fold as easily as the St Louis. Thanks for your review!
So technically it will fold but then again you’ll create a crease. If I were you, I would put an organizer in it, and maybe stuff with some clothing or a sweater or two if that’s what you’re planning on packing. Then put as is in your suitcase. That should do the trick.
i actually have a bag which has a sleeve and feet- and i slip my high end bag into this so it can be transported on the handles of the trolley suitcase and then placed on the floor of the plane
Great choice and yes of course! If this looks too large and she may not like the larger size, theres always the PM (smallest size). Although the PM is the smallest of the 3, it’s not “small” by any means. The PM is about 11.8” in width, 9.8” in height snd 5.5” in depth - which is an average size for a handheld tote without a strap. What I have is the MM (11.8” tall, 6.6” deep and 19.6” wide), which is the medium size and the GM being the largest size of the line (the GM to me felt like a huge luggage tote). I hope this helps!
I have the same bag and I just bought it two weeks ago. I’m wondering if it’s okay to tuck the handles inside the bag or let fold sideways? The handles are too tall for my ikea billy book case, which I use as bag storage, and I can’t store this without the handles folding.
Wow congrats! What color did you get it in? I stored mine with the handles folded over, but not in the bag. I think that may cause extra bending on the strap. Storing it this way and the straps held up perfectly.
@@jessyandthebags Thanks for getting back to me. Oh so you stored it in the open and just let the handles fold over naturally? The case with my billy book case is if I store the bag, the handles are forced to fold sideways, like it’s forced to bend way too low. Not a good idea? Or should I just store it in the open to avoid stress on the leather handles?
Yesss that’s a color I would love to own one day! I would store it in the dust bag and not in the shelf if the shelf is too short, and let the handles fall naturally. These bags are pretty tough but the less stress the better.
