Thank you! that's such a great idea! The Daily battle definitely works better on top of a cabin luggage. The straps are long enough to go round the handle bar, and the bag "stands" better because of it's structure. I don't think I'm able to do that with my goyard st louis in the PM size.
I have been debating if I should get the Goyard, however every time I walk into the store, I change my mind. In the end I bought the Daily battle for the same reason! It was still a lesser known brand than the Goyard. Thanks for the review!

Enjoyed your video..... I would pick the Faure Le Page bag only because it has some form of structure....I don't care when you place an empty bag down it crumbles, I prefer it still stands up....this is just my opinion.....still enjoyed the comparisons

I stumbled onto your video and found the review very helpful. Do you use these bags as carry-ons while flying? As the bags have no zippers, just wondering if your carry-on items fall out during the flight?
Thank you so much! I mostly use my faure le page for travel (less so the goyard). It has a small side flap pocket in the inner side of the tote and it is very deep which works well for me. I also use one of my pouches to put some of my smaller items so I can find them easily. They don’t fall out for me as the bag is quite deep. It is also study enough such that it can stand when I have things inside. The St. Louis and daily battle don’t have zippers but goyard and FLP have tote bags with the zip versions if you’re more comfortable!

I have a St. Louis PM and I am still in that babying phase of that bag! 😊😂 I’m thinking of getting a daily battle tote too but I don’t want to have multiple bags in the same style …but then I tried it in store and I’m in love! Still haven’t bitten the bullet but omg I think I want to get it already while the prices are still reasonable. My daily tote for work is the trusty longchamp le pliage and I think I need an upgrade! The St. Louis isn’t really a work tote imo bec if the weight of the laptop Can any one help me in my thought process? Plus I recently purchased a neverfull pm in damier azur before all these rumors about it being discontinued started circulating! I haven’t used it yet though but I love the print! That one too I think isn’t really a work tote although my laptop does fit
Thank you so much! How are you liking your St. Louis PM! Which colour did you get? It’s such a light weight bag :) the daily battle is really great for work and I find that it’s what I reach for too when I travel. Maybe maybe sell the LV? 🙊🙊 (but that’s a personal choice!)
St.Louis is more like a beach bag. If you want something stronger for daily, which is Anjou. You can wear it 2 ways too. But for work, Artois is better. It holds up very well and it has zipper. Idk why St.Louis is so popular.
Hi Bridget thanks for watching! Yes I think the size 32 is more similar to the PM size. FLP size 32 is 32 cm wide x 16 cm deep. And the Goyard PM is 28cm wide x 15 cm deep.

My bag's inner lining thread keeps getting ripped apart at the bottom. Do you experience the same issue with yours? It's quite alarming to witness such poor finishing quality from a brand known for its heritage and prestige

Thank you for watching! Yes, as of now, there are only 2 available sizes for the daily battle tote with zip (Size 27 and Size 35). For the daily battle tote without a zip, there are 5 sizes as mentioned in my video (Size 19, 27, 32, 37, 41). Since size 27 is a "common" size, I wanted to use that to point out 2 things between the zip and open versoins: The first is that the zip version costs about US$230 more than the open version. The second thing to point out is that even though they are both size 27, the zip version is narrower (25cm) than the open version (27cm). While the zip adds alot of practicality in terms of security, I do prefer the more "relaxed" structure/vibe of the open tote. Let me know what you think!
Loved your video - what is your accent? May I add regarding availability - doesn't look like there's any store in USA. However I'm currently in Hong Kong, and there's only one store which is in TST - and they're sold out of any tote (around CNY) in any larger size than the smallest 27. Will have to chk out a store when in Europe soon. Cheers!
Thank you so much! 🙏🙏☺️ you can actually go to the faure le page website and try ordering it from France. I actually ordered mine from the FLP store in paris and they shipped it to me tax free. I had to pay 50-80 euros for shipping and insurance. It was such great customer service and I received it in a few days. The 27 looks really good for daily use, it’s a great choice!
