In May 2023 I hiked around the Gozo Coastal Trail, a 55km walk around the island of Gozo in Malta. It took me roughly 3 days (although 2 were half days at the start and end). My initial intention was to wild camp however the wind was pretty ferocious at times, and there was very little shelter on the cliffs so I ended up staying in hotels. In general the island of Gozo was a lot more dramatic and wild than I expected and I passed very few people, and only through a few towns. A really cool little adventure.
