Ngl I don’t think the people that don’t have “fruits, swords, haki or accessories” are max lvl because if you were you would have all of those items

Only issue with this is that since you have nothing there's no point in doing dungeons anyway since u have no fruit bag and thus can't store anything you get out of dungeon. Plus after eating kilo you need to replace your fruit by eating either a stupid premium generated dark root or so reset or buy one yourself using the robux that a poor player does not have.

I used to do this with kilo and fish man krate

you can also use rokushiki and put some points in strenght and use rankakyu
