there is 20% dmg buff in sulong on everything tp dashes more movement speed + if you use whip you have a inf combo seems fair and balanced for farming infamy

The watermarks are there because it's the test server for gpo. It's there just in case someone leaks something that they aren't supposed to, so that Phoeyu instantly knows who leaked it.
