GPU not Detected Real Problem in CC2021 AMD RX 6700 XT Part2

In my case, the problem is the Installer, 1st scene I used Adobe Master Collection 2021 to install Adobe Photoshop CC2021. Everything is well installed except the GPU. Unknown GPU.
Then I install the individual installer, and it works. GPU Detected, AMD RX 6700 XT.
