it's an amazing 1080p GPU if you don't need Ray tracing. It can still run all the AAA titles. I got it at 21K in 2020 and it's one of my best GPU purchase till date.

All 5 reasons wrong 1. Ray tracing can be used in GTX 1660 super 2. GTX 1660 super can use dlss , if you don't know there is a hack , fsr 2.0 acts like a dlss , so all GTX users can use dlss 3. 6gb vram is ok right now , if you ever run out of vram then it will use your physical ram , no problem 4. Turing architecture is not that old 😂 , and it consumes less power than an rtx 3050 5. Hardware encoders are pretty decent , hevc , h.265 good for streaming , only Av1 is missing that you can find in rtx 30 series In conclusion GTX 1660 super is still good for it's price , the current price is 22k new online, it may reduce even in future . it is much better performance in that price range

GTX 1660 super is 22k right now , rtx 3050 is 29k , and rx 6600 is also 29k , so my pov is the price difference is also more like 8-9k rs extra . I'm not saying the rx 6600 is a waste it is an excellent card better than the rtx 3050 , better than any card at 30k price . So if he has a max budget of 25k , he can't pay more than that, what will he do?
Agreed. 1660 super is around 21k new now, while 6600 is 28k. So you're paying 33% extra for about 25% gain in performance. And yes, agar 3050 mein Ray Tracing lagake maze karoge soch rahe ho toh all the best 🤣

in bangladesh,the situation is quite different.The cheapest gtx 1660 super costs 27.9k although most models are more like 30-32k and rtx 3050 costs 35k,2060 costs 37k and rx 6600 costs 38-39k.So 1660s is actually good value.All these are the cheapest ones available.

Bhai openGL games ko benchmarks karo. Abhi naya amd ka driver update ne mere rx 6600xt ka performance ko 60% increase kia he in openGL games (Teardown) 😀
I had the same config honesty i was suggested by the shop owners themselves that with such old config and considering motherboard would also be old u should go for a older graphic card and update your psu 550 w minimum ... Go for 1660s i got it for 20k honestly u will be saving more money and is compatible with your specs... A better graphic card like 3060 or 1660ti with such config will not give u the desired performance
