I live in the Dominican Republic and I work at a radio station. Jimin's song Who is included in the programming because many listeners request it and if they do it is because they like it.

People in the west would never in a million years demand someone be "removed" because of what their partner preferences are. I can't even imagine that kind of behavior here in my country (USA). I don't care who likes who or who someone dates... it's honestly none of my business.

K-pop awards and rankings have little to do with the quality of the music. This speaks more to the power of fandom. For me, the latest RM album is absolutely brilliant. I really like Golden and Layover. And number 1 for today is Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. The fight between lawyers, politicians, the fight for money, power and influence takes place all over the world and sometimes takes on a cruel, and sometimes (as in Korea) even humorous meaning.
