I use a liner on the floor to color my hair. I have one in the back of my SUV to keep it clean when hauling flowers, potting soil etc. i use them to paint on also. Love your hacks and channel.
@@TheDailyDIYer I'm going to redo my bathroom using sunflower decor. I love the color for the walls but I just can not find a shower curtain that has small prints on it. All I can find are liners and sheer two-piece curtains. I thought I would get a yellow (not bright) liner then sew the sheer curtains together. I then can match up the grommets to make the holes to hang everything together using bronze or copper sunflower shower hooks. I have a small bathroom so large prints and decor would overpower it and look tacky.
Dang girl did you fill your cart. 😂 Craft tip: When you are done with your any Super glue. Put a little Vaseline on the tip B4 putting the lid on,So they don't get all hardened up at the top it works all the time. Waiting for part 2
I think I may have the best purpose for clear shower curtain...I needed to wrap a huge bridal shower basket in clear and all the cello wraps were too small. Shower curtain was large enough to cover and you would never have guessed it wasn't cello wrap. I think I may have invented this hack!!

I use some to hold my tank tops in the closet. Slip the shoulder straps into the ring, then slip the ring onto the hanger, and hang all your tank tops on the same hanger. Or maybe two hangers if you have a lot of tank tops. Lol. I have a heavy-duty wire hanger with a cardboard wrap on the bottom that I use, but otherwise I would most likely use a plastic hanger, as it would be sturdier than a basic wire hanger.
Mount a mug hook in the wall n hung one of these n looped a hand towel thru one in the kitchen one in the bathroom if you don't have a convenient towel rack
Omgggg !! I’ve been exclusively using those clear ones as my shower curtains for YEARS now and never thought to “harvest” the magnets from them before I throw out the funky ones lol. I typically try to re-use them as a drop-cloth before I toss them completely tho, like using them to cover the floor when I cut my husbands hair. Semi-unrelated but I also take big plastic bags and cut out arm and neck holes like a shirt to put on before dying / cutting hair 😂
When my kiddos were little, I used to use a shower curtain liner on the floor under the kitchen table when we decorated Christmas cookies together. It made the cleanup super easy and I never got nervous about the mess we were making. Thanks for your tips.
I always take those magnets out before I throw line liner away. There are pretty strong. I never thought about the table cloth cover. I think my grandmother had a thick one because she had crocheted a few table cloths in her day. Only wish I could have save one.
I've used the clear liner curtain for liners under and around my dog's bed when she was having incontinence, so it wouldn't get on the carpet. I also use them on my apartment patio in the winter, and hang them from the wall around my patio edge, to block the cold winds and kind of help protect my plants a little more. It usually works pretty well. And when I throw the old dirty liners away, I always cut out the magnets to save for whenever I might need a magnet. I had not actually thought about the blanket liner for picnics and such. That's a great idea. And I really like the dry erase board, and the tote bag ideas, too! But they're all really great ideas. The liner-as-patio-insulation probably wouldn’t work for us as the wind is too strong, but it’s still brilliant! I use clear carpet runner where we need wind protection but want to let in light.
I have thought about using shower curtain as an accent wall in my bedroom, great to know that someone has actually done this, not to find the right one 😊
@@RhondaRose5 It's actually really easy. I cut off the top where the holes for hooks were and used wallpaper adhesive. Four years later it still looks brand new.
The clear with magnets is actually a liner. It goes inside a shower curtain to protect it if it's cloth. The magnets weight it from flying around on the inside of your tub. I like the canvas artwork you created.
I bought the black curtains to match my actual curtain and found out the hard way that they were, indeed, different 🤣 It isn't too shabby in the shower, but definitely not the same.
Really great ideas! I use DT shower curtain liners to cover things in my shed...much cheaper than vinyl tablecloths so I can change them out as often as I need to.
The peach bag liner idea is great, I made a pillow out of my peach bag. Thanks for sharing oh and I also use the tablecloths for my craft table when painting, just never thought of using the shower liner to protect it because I have ruined an awesome shower curtain liner by not doing that but no more. I live at the ocean use a shower at the beach under blanket cuts down on sand...fold excess shower curtain up over edge of blanket if folded right can make little edging

I use the clear shower curtains every year to cover my plants then place bricks around it. It acts as a greenhouse and many of my annuals even return each year.
I use the clear shower curtain liners from other stores as shower curtain liners because I like them to be thicker than the Dollar trees and you can get them other places for around a $1.99 but once I change them out I use the old ones as drop cloths for years, I have so many of them I've been doing that hack for many years, old outdoor tablecloths too once they get wrecked or you just want to change them out, those make good drop cloths as well, so I use them all first and then use them as drop cloths, Great way to recycle, there are many uses for them, you had some other great ideas I didn't think of, now I'm mad at all the ones I threw away with the magnets, lol.
Really cool hacks!! I love the art idea and just moved into a new apartment. It is an older building so the bathroom is funky with 2 old medicine cabinets with mirrors. However, they are to left and right of sink!!! I have been thinking of covering with material & just hot glue but never thought of a shower curtain!!!! Genius so thank you much!!! Oh btw my wooden beach mirror is in the middle! 😁🏖🐠🐙🐳
What great ideas! One of my favorite hacks is using the dollar tree rug underlay grip mats as fake chicken wire! It's safer than wire and is easy to stretch.

I use the shower curtains under the top cover of my bed because my 23-year old cat lives on the bed and has accidents every couple weeks. Just picked up a couple today - they are lifesavers! 😺
The waterproof liner for the tote bag is a great idea, and I really like the vinyl on the canvas. Since it's moisture proof, it would work well in the bathroom! Lots of other useful tips as well. Thanks Shannon!
I love the frame/liner hack! i was thinking that might work well too as a reusable finger paint frame for children with sensory issues, like my little one. that way they can moosh around the paints and not get it all over their hands. looking forward to seeing what you do with the curtain rings!

I use them as a shower curtain. They stay in place well, don't mildew If you keep them spread out after use, and are cheap to replace, at which point they become drop cloths or painting drapes.
