thanks for the info! I changed the title on 3 versions of Grace on my channel :-)

My experience (albeit with clarinet) is that playing in keys, uh, "far from home" is that it makes it a lot easier to work blue notes in because they naturally fall under the fingers. My feeling is that Bb, Eb and F (concert pitch) are my "straight" keys, and then the sharp keys come out jazzier because more blue notes find their way into the runs. This is, of course, the results of my poor playing, but it kind of works.
