This is an absolutely amazing cover. One of the great things about being old is perspective. Being able to see that 12 year old performance of "I Don't Know My Name" and watch her mature in to this performance is one of the great delights in life.

This song was a favorite of my brother and I growing up on Long Island we were big fans of Billy Joel I know pretty much every song word for word. This one was always special. It’s been 5 years since El Faro sank in Hurricane Joaquin with my brother Howie and the rest of her crew. For me this is perfection.

Grace truly is a musical genius, she gives every song she sings exactly what it needs, even historical classics from legends of 50 years ago... she "Grace's" this great work masterfully by extending the notes and words with that incredibly soft melodic voice and embraces the word "child" with a gentle reverence you can feel... absolutely magical!
