I don't understand. I can't get the arm pieces into the top part!!! I've tried it at so many angles and it won't slide in. You're making it look so effortless. What am I doing wrong!!!
This was way more complicated than anything else ive had to do for our nursery. I built the entire crib in 35 minutes, yet this swing took almost an hour.
My favorite part of this video is our instructor didn't have a 1 year old babbling as loud as he can to Ms Rachel. While putting this together for his baby sister. Cheers

Thank you for the video. Just a note, no baby needs to swing at speed 5 or 6. Also, why is the top battery component so hard to release? I do not think this is sturdy to use for multiple babies, consider that if buying used.
I don't know what I would have done before finding this video. Very helpful but your manual's instructions need to be improved. Instructions like "Attach the seat pad to the seat wire AS SHOWN" are not helpful when your diagrams are clear as mud. Go take a page out of Ikea's book. That said, thanks for the video.
She had help. They kept cutting the video. There is no way she inserted the seat into the machine from the front without being able to see the holes 😂. Made me so mad lol
This thing is impossible to put together without the video. Whoever designed this thing clearly did not think through assembly, and Graco needs some new instruction illustrators!
The one we just bought is not working. The green light on the main console turns off and on and the swing does not get activated. It’s brand new and not working 🤦🏻♂️ Edit: also none of the buttons for the sound work
This video doesn't explain what the power cord is that plugs into the wall outlet into the bottom leg... when it's plugged in does it run off electricity and not the batteries?
