The MKII tyre baler has been upgraded in recent months with a new power unit and control system. The power unit now makes the MKII tyre baler the most efficient tyre baler on the market today, whilst also offering whisper quiet operation. Other advantages include an optional remote monitoring system that allows Gradeall to provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, it also enables the baler to send an alert when bales have been produced, with email/text alerts set at 32 bales the ideal number for loading on a shipping container the baler essentially can alert you when a container is needed.
We have been building recycling equipment for over 30 years and our expertise has led to the development of this tyre baler which has more than ample pressure to make a PAS108 compliant tyre bale containing between 90 and 110 tyres. This makes the bales suitable for use on shipping containers. The simple fact is that shipping containers have a weight limit of 27 tonnes, the bales produced in this baler mean that a container can be filled with tyre bales without exceeding the weight limit allowed on shipping containers.
