The USMNT had a very strong summer transfer window, with 26 players getting moves. Some big names like Christian Pulisic, Folarin Balogun and Tyler Adams made the headlines but many others got interesting moves and I brought Adam Turner with me to grade them all from A+ to F-.

Forest are a basket case, simple as. I don’t know why you’d ever go there to increase game-time opportunities. Just like Chelsea, they sign 3 people to do a job for one person and relentlessly screw over good players. Makes zero sense to sign both Turner and Vlachodimos.

Didn't Slonina get a loan move to Belgium? Surprised you didn't talk about that.

Yeah to KAS Eupen. I don't know enough about them but Slonina seems to be doing well there. 3 wins 1 loss near the top of the table for a team last year that was a bottom feeder

Breaking today, dual-national Alex Mighten got a loan from Nottingham Forest to KV Kortrijk in the Belgian top division. He's 21. Konrad de la Fuente (22) is on loan from Marseille to SC Eibar in La Liga 2 and Christian Cappis (24) was loaned out by Danish Brondby to Molde FK in the Norway top division.

Academies are like low minor league baseball teams. an A-ball team has 2-3 players at most who will play in MLB. The other 20 guys on the roster are there so that the high ceiling players have somebody to play with.

We're at our best with Gio linking the defense and attack. Gregg has historically struggled with creating goals in his system so we need a 10 in the midfield.

there is no way turner starts over vlachodimos. have you seen the gap in talent and athleticism? i didnt even mention how absurdly incompetent turner at passing it long. always give it back straight to opponent or out of play for throw.
