haha, so a while back we had a chaser driver who got to close to the bin and hit it, cutting it open. As this was around the time that South Park came out with their song 'Blame Canada' and as you can probably guess the driver was Canadian. So when dad finished fixing it he got out the spray paint and had a little fun.
