One very important thing to mention with spray paint especially is if you make a mistake and you need to fix it it is 99 times better to wait until it is on the dryer side to try to fix it!! Trying to fix while it's wet just makes a bigger and bigger mess you might have two different types of paint that start eating into each other and causing all kinds of trouble for you
additional tip, id you do your splash/background before the outline, you don't have to go all the way against your letters. it saves paint. i know he did b he wanted to make it thinner. just wanted to add that in
