1 milion dolar question (for me very important) : endotoxin level could increase by cell culture ( multiplication) ? Or, being about dead bacteria , their substance could not be multiplied by cell culture. Someone who works in this field. Many thanks.

Ooooooh they did not just do that did they? Scientific videos, just claiming to be 'the best' exam prep in the world? Tut tut. Also I love it how this man explains how bacteri weeries move through the soily woily or the body wody using their little tiny tails to help them move along like littly fishy wishies (I hope you get the childlike tone I am striving for). That is describing some very basic anatomy and morphology of bacteria which sort of implies that he is targetting an audience that are unaware of bacterial complexity. But if you go back to around the 2:00 mark he is referencing an E. coli strain saying: 'You might remember E. coli 0157:H7,' just wtf? Nice video just don't make grand claims that aren't substantiated, and either remain simple, complex, or progressive, don't reference highly specific strains of a certain bacterium then switch to very basic anatomy and morphology like people would intuitively know the former whilst being completely ignorant of the latter.
