I'm sold on these wheels now thanx to you and your in depth reviews including weight comparisons, and I own an frs so this was made for me aha thanx brotha!
Facts bro. I just ordered mine from a site that said they had them in stock. Soon as I purchased they emailed me saying "yeah we dont actually have them in stock" Now I'm looking at like a 3 month wait. In the meantime my springs came in, center caps came in, lugnuts came in, tires, and stickers. Just wating on wheels
The boxes all had wheels in it. Pretty solid overall. The weight is almost the same when I do it on the floor in the shop, I actually weigh them on the scale first before I do the videos.
Good info in the video. These are nice wheels. The inner bands/flanges are a good feature for performance wheels. The metal valves are a nice touch. Good balance between price/performance of forged and non-forged wheels.
When weighing anything make sure your foundation is flat and stable and solid. That scale was on a cardboard box lol also, does the gram lights come in 16?? I'm looking for some . Some te37 or 57dr
Thanks again for replying to my instagram messages so quick and for helping me out with that info for the 57drs I was buying. You helped a lot! Awesome videos as always!
Depends on the wheel make and wheel face. for the 57DR if you did 18x9.5 +38 it will clear the brembo and not require any fender rolling. Another wheel model would have a different face / spoke thickness however.
Waiting for these on my 21 STI next week! Gonna drop it on some good rubber and can't wait. Finally. Thanks for the Informative video. Good info I did not know.
@@XxGamerxX94 The C in cr is for concavity which is the 5 spoke wheel and its concave face. The r I'm not too sure. And the Dr I'm not too sure either but the cr is 5 spoke and dr is 6 spoke
Offset is crucial. Personally anything less than et40 (38, 35, 22) etc., is not enough the lip of the wheel sticks past the fender. Et45-40, on a 9.5 wheel is a much better fitment and is closer to stock roll center.
Hey Pete! Ive been watching almost all of your Rays wheels reviews, I am torn between the TE37SL, CE28 Club Racer II Black Edition and now this 57DR. I have a Honda Civic Type R FK8. Which one will you recommend? Thanks buddy!
I personally like the CE28 Club Racer II. Thin spokes makes the large body of the car appear more agile, it's quite a bit lighter than the TE37SL and also that additional lip gives it quite a bit of nice depth.
this is not a review.....u are just reading the spec..........for a review you need to test the wheel dude hows the fitment, can it bend? how do i know this is quality wheel........can u compare this wheel to another brand
