Welcome back to the world of Gran Turismo, Skyline GTS-R HR31. This was a “Standard” car in the PS3 games where the PS2 model of it was reused. It was in Gran Turismo since the 2nd game title on PS1 in 1999. Now it’s in full maximum detail, It was never forgotten that this is a Group A homologated Skyline built during the hiatus of the “Skyline GT-R” nameplate after the 1973 Kenmeri ended its production, literally 14 years later after the GT-R nameplate is discontinued, and 2 years before the Skyline GT-R name returns in 1989 with the R32. I think the high-performance levels of the Nissan Skyline are complete now in-game. This should tell the history of the Skylines.

It is a standard safety feature on 1980s JDM cars. Toyota AE86, both Levin & Trueno, are one of the JDM cars in the 1980s that have this feature as well.

Also here's a trivia for the 7th generation Skyline: This was the first Nissan IIRC to have the High Capacity Actively-Controlled Suspension, otherwise known as HICAS. And it was the first Skyline to have the RB-Series engine (although both the Fairlady 200ZR Z31 and Skyline R31 were the first Nissans to have the RB-Series engine produced from August 1985).

That's the JDM cars standard safety feature in the 1980s. Of course, Toyota AE86, both Levin and Trueno are also have this feature as well.

@@Envi478 buy better tires, I recommend sport hard or medium. Buy suspension setup. Stiffer springs with lower centre of gravity and better anti roll bar will make the car handle like a dream. Hope this helps

You can’t remove it. It’s a speed chime. A safety feature for 80s JDM cars only when you go 100km/h beyond. They do that in real life, not just in the game.

Compared to its brethren like the R30 and earlier, it's pretty much just a cool footnote in the Skyline's overarching history, kinda like the C210s.
