I watched it too, i was just a little bit confused as to why you kinda just slowed down on the last couple seconds, for some reason i was thinking you where saving up more fuel, but you were both really low😂

the last lap sheesh... I dont play alot of racing games other than forza horizon lol but could you have done anything to prevent the slipstream overtake? or were you definitely gonna lose as long as he didnt run out of fuel? Great racing though indeed!

I want to say super gt thank you for your guidance. I got my dd pro and super happy with the entire set up. Anyone reading this the brake and load cell peddle is a lot larger then what we see , solid construction and great feel. Get one

Hello Super GT - viewer here! Could you do a video on your driving assists? Ive watched your stream yesterday (Race C) & wanted to try the same car with the same settings - but for some reason i couldnt use your breaking points. Later i thought maybe i need to turn my abs setting back to default (raced the past 2 years with weak abs) & i was instant 3-5 tenths a lap quicker.. So i assume ABS on default is better than turning it off? I think many of us would love to see a video! Greetings from Austria :)

I like that it's not really 0.0% - it's actually 0.09% - 0.00% (probably more resolution going to 4 digits, at least in engineering we always said 4 decimals are precise 'enough'), so you never really know exactly how much left you have left of course.

@@THENAMEISQUICKMAN Yeah, you can see they are using, if I remember correctly, 1/100th of a % point in the gas efficiency missions. So the accuracy is there, it's just not displayed. Maybe they think we don't like that, I love that stuff.

Thats not crazy, at pit stop you see the exact amount of fuel you need for finishing.

Other than the pit stop and probably fuel consumption, this truly is a real racing simulator for most of us. Definitely the kind of race we signed up for. Your fuel usage was pixel perfect too. I counted the seconds each percentage takes, and you only had less than a second of full throttle remaining. I wish I could do that. ^^

There's regular fuel consumption and there are multipliers. Of course that multipliers aren't gonna be realistic. That's the whole point.

Awesome race! Just got the G29 wheel and have been having a blast playing. Soooo many spin outs at first but I'm getting better every race. Game is reigniting my love of racing games that I used to have with GT4.

Has anyone else played this game so much since release that there hand’s literally hurting. I think I’ve given myself carpal tunnel clinching the controller so hard during races. Love every minute tho, just wish I had a solution for over gripping tho

I was just in Daytona for the Daytona 200 sponsored by MotoAmerica. It's amazing how accurate they have this track, the Sunoco sign down to the retaining walls and even the crack sealing. Just awesome.

The game doesn't specifically recognise the Mclaren wheel, so you can't map the dials. You just get the std controler mappings for the MFD etc.

Daytona Road Circuit is such a cool track. Love how tight and old school it is on the inside, then it’s just a flat out slipstream fest on the outer track.

Wow, man!!! that was highly enjoyable to watch. I remember playing GT4 and I had this battle on the oval where I kept on swapping places with the Evo and me being the Subaru and man that was some racing that I had. I love the fact that you had literally 0.0% worth of fuel by the end. And finally, your reaction was up there. Highly entertaining. Thanks for the great video and great gameplaying.

Beautiful run, indeed. My biggest and only hangup with online GT races is that people like to pick the winning car instead of MAKING the winning car. So many options to tune but people tend to pick the car favored to win in online races. It's been a pattern in pretty much every GT online. Big props to racing with the car you want, mate. Big big props. Always love to see that.

Haven't ever PLAYED Gran Turismo 7 yet, do they let you do a full 500 Lap Daytona? I'd KILL To see a Gr. 4 or Gr. 3 Daytona 500 in a Dodge Viper, that would be insanity!!!

I have been playing this map for the past 3 days. I keep getting major pit issues where it takes me 19 seconds (Always) to get to my pit. I wondered if it was because I am coming into the pit to fast amd they are penalizing me without showing. Can you win this Race with the Cayene Porsche That's what I bout and used. I can't get past 11th place. (Pit always takes 19seconds) just to get there.
