Why is the McLaren so good on this track? Well its very good in a straight line, its actually the best car in a straight line. So why is it so good around this track? Well this track has a lot of straight line, actually the most straight lines. Which makes the slipstream so good, because of the straight lines.

Nickk IRL The McLarens weren’t able to stay within 8 tenths on Mulsanne Straight so they didn’t get the Slipstream. Hah, 4 shots.

The dislikes are because all that expensive wheel and pedals wasted on super GT using bonnet cam. It's to easy to drive that way. Use cockpit cam like a Pro

@@03mar333 Yes use cockpit cam and feel like you're viewing your game through a tube rather than being in an actual cockpit. And how does it make any sense to see the driver in the car turning the wheel when you're using an actual wheel yourself? You're sitting and holding your wheel in front of you, and when you look at your screen there is another set of arms and another steering wheel. Double drivers yay

Not really. He cut off the McLaren in the middle of the chicane. If the guy wasn`t feeling to yield, that pass would end in both of them spinning out before the 2nd chicane.

24 hours of "Lemons" is a legit thing. It's a bunch of people in $500 cars getting together to have fun. I think it's one of the best things in IRL motorsports.

Baththirst is real. Around 10 years ago at the Baththirst 1000 they limited the amount of beer camping spectators can have each in a day to a slab, which is 24 cans. Understandably the Aussie Ford and Holden loving patrons were furious with this decision.

did quali with McClaren but was feeling a bit nostalgic. i used the vette first and did over 180 in slipstream. won 2 races with it and they were mostly McClarens with better drivers. the second day i used the aston. did even better as the acceleration was amazing. won 1 race with and several podiums. then i used a merc just to see what would happen and it became a race of handling over pure speed. managed to do best with the latter. the Brazilians weren't to happy with me to say the least ;)

WOW de-ja-vu mate, I was doing the same track at Le_Mans in a 2 lap race the other day and I pulled the same move as you did in the mustang to take victory off the McLaren, only difference was I was racing in a Audi E-Tron 2014 LMP1 and took second place to chase down first place on that inside corner, And best of all I spun out on first chicane so was coming from back and took over them all except 1st place in the first lap, I think its important to know your cars limits as well as the track your racing on and to have the car setup correctly, and it was this that enabled me to catch the field as I was some what faster than all of them and we was all in the same cars.

I remember the GT days... two years ago, I was playing GT6 online and I just absolutely hated the tomahawk when they added it. Also the RB 2010 x I think it was called. We had to constantly ban cars or people for using certain cars. I'm currently on xbox now, where the dumbest thing in racing games is the old dodge dart in FH3 on a drag strip.

Braking later, not sliding the car, using more of the track, accelerating earlier and more smoothly. A combination of all of those.
