I tried with FA but it's ended up that I have to use potion at 10% and on FA it's usually wasted Zeta's assassin and Percival's s3 on turn that Siete take no dmg and he spam Emblema like no tomorrow and make that run longer than this run by 7 minutes and 14 turns

With rebalance that Shiva got, this kinda seem fix all problem that he had.
His assassin from CA now become 1 turn instead of 1 time which mean he no longer WASTED his assassin from counter or using skill anymore, though it's shame that still dispellable
Higher assassin Multiplier
s1 inflict Singed which good for support G.Percival and deal 2 hit when having buff from s4
s3 affect all allies without require Ruinmaker lvl 7
s4 not just nuke and full restore anymore but give him unique buffs which improve him a lot too, whose are echo, 3T skill CD cut, Uplift
Ruinmaker lvl can also raised by dealing TA mean more method to raise this Ruinmaker easier, can accelerated by G.Percival and The Sun's call too.
Even he may frequently CA due Uplife from s4 and gain faster CB gain from passive instead of doing a lot of NA like G.Percival & G.Zeta but come to think that it's way he can gain more assassin so it's ok-ish I think
Overall great rebalance that improve and make him actually but as this fix problem he had, but still not reach Europa's level, also G.Percival and G.Zeta are too good which make him get overshadowed by them and Fire also have more great characters than past day when he getting FLB too so he may not be top priority to put in team as utility he has is dmg reduce and refresh but no dispel or clarity.
