I paid about $1700 CAD per ticket. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it definitely felt more like a $1500 experience. I know it's not a party resort by any means, but my biggest issue was no variety in nightly entertainment. The food was also a bit disappointing compared to some other resorts I've been to, or maybe it just didn't fit my palate. But it does have its charms like the little nature area and the animals around the resort. They weren't shy about the alcohol as well if anyone in your company is into that. But of course those were my experiences at that moment, your mileage may vary. But if you have any specific questions, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities! Thanks for watching!
Sorry I'm not too sure. I didn't look into that aspect of the resort. I could be wrong but it might only be accessible if you book the family club room.
I would certainly not recommend this industrial hotel with young children! The rooms have BIG safety issues. We had to leave and were not refunded the 11 nights we could not spend there. I lost all my money but not my children thank god!
That's very unfortunate, thanks for providing that information. What were your main concerns? As someone without kids right now, it's not something I actually took notice of while I was there. Too bad about those circumstances.
Hi Sian, can you provide more information please? What are the safety issues you are mentioning? I'm considering this resort for our family vacation. Thank you!
Yes I mentioned the problem being with young children. Other than that it is over crowded, the food not nice but the room extremely clean and very pretty. I can not say more as I only stayed one day and will not be returning. I chose the family option as traveling single with 2 young children. My daughter is just starting to walk and 2 slippery marble steps going down right across the room onto stone hard flooring was not possible to have her walking around the room. The bunk bed for my 4 year old was up to the ceiling. Find for a 10 year old, not a small child. And then the issue with the balcony door that does not lock. I could not have peace of mind during my sleep or if I used the shower that one of them wouldn't open it and climb onto the furniture and drop down the 2 floors. The hotel informed me that the door fonction was normal and were the same for the swim up pools which is even a greater concern with little ones who don't know how to swim and would be very tempted to step out of the room to go in the water. You would not notice these problems with older children but with a toddler and a baby it was the worst place to be! I left for a much better hotel with no issues and princess hotel refused to refund the qq days I could not safely spend there yet their hotel was fully booked (yes crowded!) Not the slightest concern for their clients. Other hotels in this country offer such fantastic service and are so helpful that I wonder why anyone would chose to go to that hotel. Far better choices all over the country!
@@sianelliot3494 thank you for all the details. I'm sorry that you had such bad experience. Safety is a number 1 concern for every parent. I'm still looking for a resort for our family. It's so hard to choose!
