I stayed in a place in downtown Toronto in 2008, basic breakfast was 43 dollars, the greasy spoon around the corner did breakfast for 4.99, the 43 dollar one could not have been that much better....lol

.... okay then, one not on my bucket list in the event we travel there. Havng been in the customer service industry, I had one saying we lived by, "If we don't take care of our customers, someone else will." Thanks for sharing.

I was about to book but decided to watch a review on it and well, I won't be staying there. I understand if you get one off bad service, you seem to be a reasonable normal guy, but to say consistently bad service, must not be a good environment to work in. Bullet dodged!! Thanks

Might be better now, its been 4 years, but I would never stay there again, I have no time for bad customer service.
