Smooth Assasin one THE MOST UNDERRATED albums in hiphop history. It's a press play no skip pretty much. It's on Purple Tape, Illmatic, Hell on Earth classic type level. When he drop that I was like wow somebody from around the way did this here.

Grandaddy I.U. is a legend! "Smooth Assassin" was a DOPE album! Could play it all the way through! "Mass Destruction" cleverly uses the Bob James sample, "Storm King" with hard ass lyrics. D.J. Doc, Cool V, I.U. & KayCee mainly produced this album.... But..... I'm always gonna be a fan of Bizmarkie! Business wise, Biz wasn't the best, because he didn't fully understand the business.... But Biz DID bring the world Grandaddy I.U., something that the other labels wouldn't have done..... For that, I'm grateful.

Depending on where you at IU is/was totally underrated,I been a fan of his since 1st hearing the 1st album,actually was playing it in the car today. Even if he had been a "one hit wonder" so to speak,his one whole album gives you many "wonders" to enjoy.frfr I just recently realized he had other albums and only found that out from being on yt,so now I have more to listen to,he was a Smooth Assassin.
