It doesn't sound identical at all, plus Grand Designs began in 1999. way before The Good Witch. If anything sounds really similar to Grand Designs, it's Itachi's Theme from Naruto: Shippuden. Now that is similar...

It's simply an observation of similar chord progressions in both themes (not that one ripped off the other). it's in the same genre, sure, but it's not similar. It's like an ethereal faewylded enchant, but both pieces are different.
