Grand Floridian Studio Villa Lake View // Tour a deluxe studio at Disney's Grand Floridian Villas! This is a lake view studio at Grand Floridian Villas (room #1414, 4th floor). The lake view studios are the same as the standard view studios, the only difference is the view! The lake view rooms at Grand Floridian Villas overlook Bay Lake, the Polynesian Villas, and the Contemporary Resort. Whereas the standard view villas look out towards the parking lot and green spaces. The Grand Floridian Villas is the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) component of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
