This is really a beautiful home. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. I love the way the living room sits and how it looks, as you enter the front door. I am big on offices and would love to have seen more of the office. Other than that, the home is exceptional. It can be decorated as a very elegant structure, or a cozy and comfortable home. I just love it. I would love to see more homes with the living room situated as this one is and pefer to see larger than usual offices. God bless all of you.

This is my favorite design by far. LOVE the brickwork detail in the interior, and most of all love the stairs! I live in Florida, stairs are hard to come by here~

Actually there are many options with this home and built in different areas of town. If you built the 3125 version in Shiloh Ranch in McKinney, the base price is $364,900. But there are lots of optional rooms that can be added. Also, this home can be built in many different areas of town with different lot sizes & costs. I hope this gives you a start though! My question is why on so many models is the media room open rather than isolated? The audio from the movie will disturb the rest of the house and if you have a lot of guest in the game room area in most of these models it'll be hard to hear the movie. Not a good movie watching experience. Just an observation.
sufall96 Thank you for your question! While we do design the media room in our model homes open, the homebuyer has the option to build their Grand Home media room with a wall to separate the media room from the game room.
^ I was going to mention this as well. It really wouldn't be too difficult to just add a wall and door separating the two areas. When you buy a home its yours so you could make any changes where you see them necessary.

Great observation! As you have already put yourself into the media room enjoying a movie! Grand Homes being a semi - custom luxury production builder; does indeed allow you to make reasonable changes! Such as enclosing the media room with double doors! French Doors or other! Step up or step down to your media room!
I love the house, but fire your videographer! Whew! That was nauseating with the whirling views and the color being blown out. Terrible walk through. All that nonsense aside, beautiful house!
Agreed. Their homes are extraordinarily beautiful. They need a high quality video tour and some aerial video as well. I own a company that produces these sorts of video tours and would love to get involved with this company. The videos need white balance adjustment, color correction, gimble stabilization, text titles, voiceover, and shortened to about 3 minutes which is approximately the industry standard. We would absolutely love to film these model homes and would do so at a reasonable rate. it's not the best house grand homes has made, but it's still ok nothing close to toll brothers though sorry grand homes but if you and toll brothers ever had a contest for better houses well toll brothers would just win i would use them as an inspiration lets start off with pricing, they give reasonable prices and yours are not reasonable at all. second, the toll brothers make large houses with plenty of space and rooms that are useful while you put in useless rooms. toll bros are just better.
