Thank u for watching ☺️ This hotel do provide free shuttle service from sky avenue, but time are not frequent. For the first time before check in, i will suggest you to take cab from sky avenue, then only check from the timetable from the hotel. Hope this info do help u. Cheers

Yes grab is the best way to genting, additionally they do have shuttles service to genting as well
