This is the only place I will go for breakfast when in Las Vegas and we stay at the Palazzo just so we can do that. Have also had lunch and dinner there. Never had a bad meal there and have gone there every time in Vegas since 2007. Portions are generous and food is always perfectly cooked and good quality. I tend to stick to my favourites on the menu but it would be my dream to try everything they have at least once. Love from 🇬🇧
Glad to hear you have recovered! I always stay at Palazzo using my free IHG nights so will definitely be stopping by to try Grand Lux Cafe out! Never knew the Cheesecake Factory is associated ! Thanks.
Simply grill salmon with mash potatoes, that was my favorite. 2017 that was the last time for me in Las Vegas. I really miss it there. Thank you for video 🙏🙏🙏🙏
That Shrimp Scampi dish makes me think of the facehugger dissection scene in the movie, Alien. 😁 I've never seen Shrimp Scampi presented that way. The shrimp is usually mixed in like it was in the garlic shrimp pasta dish, but I guess they want to accentuate the size of the shrimp.
I went here with my wife about 20 years ago for a later dinner. I can’t remember what had, but I do remember the portions being big and enjoying our meals. The next time I’m near one I will go back.
Hong Kong Cafe at the Palazzo is 5 stars. We have eaten dozens of time at the Venetian Grand Lux location as their bread is fabulous. Anything other than the French Toast for breakfast is a waste of your money. The other items taste fantastic, just not other-worldly like the French Toast. My go-to dinner is the Crispy Caramel Chicken (I usually am not much of a fan of Thai or Thai-inspired meals, but this is 6 stars out of 5). It is a large plate of food, we actually share it now, and does not take well to eating as left overs as the sauce makes the crispy chicken very soggy. I had the Florentine Omelette on our last morning there 8 days ago, FABULOUS. We are actually in the process of moving to Vegas and will be looking for more local eateries, though free Valet parking at the Venetian will always leave the Grand Lux and our other restaurants there near the top of the list.
Ate at Grand Lux a few weeks ago and had Chicken-N-Waffles and it was fantastic! I have been there several times and never a bad meal! They are owned by the Cheesecake Factory but honestly I like the menu at Lux much better for food and go get the Cheesecake when I have the room for dessert! Lol Hughe portions at the Lux go HUNGRY!!! 😆 🤣 😂
@22.50 $ For steak n eggs? I must thank you again for taking a serious hit for the Team! Looks like a $1.99 special to get you in the door and gamble 🎰 Grim
LoL... yes, I expected that price being at the Venetian in the tourist hub. But most places are $12, $13, and $15 for steak & eggs now. Except for a few... and only a couple of graveyard specials are around now.
Sorry you we’re sick but glad you are feeling better. This food looked delicious. I was wondering have you ate at Oscar’s steakhouse yet? I know it’s pricey but the food looks outstanding
Thank you. And yes, Oscar's is great. I've been wanting to do a video on Oscar's, as well as Joe Vicari's Andiamo at the "D" and another place called Echo & Rig. Hopefully soon... but idk
I am glad you are doing better, I prefer Grand Lux over Cheesecake Factory, the quality is more authentic in my opinion. It’s one of my favorite restaurants as well.
Yes of course. It's the VENETIAN RESORT in Las Vegas in the heart of the Resort corridor packed with tourists... not exactly a place to look for cheap stuff.
There were 3 of us and we shared everything. I don't have much of an appetite these days. Back in the days, a 44oz steak would be the perfect size for me. But now I just have a slightly above average appetite 😀
