GRAND OPENING Day Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster @Six Flags Fiesta Texas 

It's been over 5 months since we noticed the first piece of track delivered to the parking lot of Six Flags Fiesta Texas and since that day (May 28, 2023) we have been anxiously awaiting the GRAND OPENING DAY of Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster & that day was November 4, 2023!
Come join us as we get ready to visit the park to partake in the opening ceremonies.
In this episode, you will see what Quirky thoughts go in to deciding what outfits to wear to the event along with picking up some final details for that extra finishing Quirk!
The opening ceremony is included in this video complete with park president, Jeffrey Siebert's highly informative presentation! For those who may not visit the Fiesta Texas as often as we do, this 5 minute presentation contains a LOT of useful information about what is coming to Six Flags Fiesta Texas in 2024!
Jeffrey's speach culminates in a GRAND countdown from, what else...SIX! to open Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster to the masses.
Oh, per usual, there were PYROTECHNICS!
This day was Quirky Reef's first time riding and while Nick & Reef eased in on the yellow train side, Kelly & our good friend Michael raced to be on the red train side in order to duel with us on the first ride of the day! Kelly & Micheal won, but, spoiler alert...the Red side ALWAYS wins! 😆
The crowd was large for opening day & we LOVE seeing such a good response for any ride on opening day!
Ride ops kept the line moving and with theming in the queue, the wait flew by!

Oh... for those who count their roller coaster credits, this counts as TWO! 🤯
Lastly, pro-tip... yellow train is mild, red train is (kid) wild!
