Difference between condominium and townhouse is the manner of landownership, mate. Owner of the townhouse owns the land underneath the unit, along with fractional interest in common land. Condominium owner has fractional interest in the entire plot of land of the condominium community, mate

Unit #3 is way better. More storage space, a side by side washer and dryer, and much larger rooms. It sold me.

LOL you are funny and I am sure your wife doesn't think so though, but I do agree with you about the 1 sink, you could add a linen cabinet in place of the 2nd sink and add it at the bathroom entrance and put the sink next to the toilet to give it a more open feel compared to the cabinet next to the toilet. I would buy all three units instead of a single unit a better buyer's incentive and you control the unit(s) theme instead of eclectic theme and create a more stable rental price for area.
