We’re staying there next week. We are preferred members and love going to the preferred club & pool. What floor are these both on? What floor / area would your recommend staying on?

I have this room type booked for an upcoming stay. I fail to realize how this room type is “panoramic view” it looks the same as all the other rooms? It seems less desirable then a ocean view in my opinion.

Everything looks excellent, except the amount of big rock on the beach, in case that someone trips it could suffer a considerable damage

Does this room have it's own plunge pool?

Is this adults only?

Food is awful there (talking cantina style - worst than McDonald's) and you can't do anything or go anywhere unless you pay for their "Preferred program" ($75 per person/day) or attend their 1H30 min sales pitch. Total ripoff. Overall, awful hotel.

Place looks like a space station ! Hate it. Way to sci-fi and not a drop of Mexican feel or look. Boo !
