Thanks for this video, I have been researching locations to stay for an upcoming trip. Grand Palladium has there cyber sale going on and it looks like a great deal especially if you join their rewards program for free. I saw that you guys were in the renovated rooms, and the site indicates that those rooms are on the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa side. Lady Hamilton has the rooms that have not been renovated, but the decor looks nice and the bathroom is walled off so you can’t see into the room. I wish they had a resort grounds map on their website because it would be easier to understand the layout of the property. You mentioned Sunset Cove was the nicer beach. Is it located closer to the Lady Hamilton side of the property? I was also wondering if most of the restaurants are located in the main building? Is the Jerk hut on the Sunset Cove side or the other beach? I know I’m asking a lot of questions, but I’ve spent so much time reading reviews and watching reviews that I’m ready to book. I just don’t know the difference between both resorts besides the renovations.

Glad you enjoyed the video! No worries. Everything is accessible from either side. Sunset cove is closer to lady Hamilton with a small jerk hut. The larger jerk hut was on the Jamaica side. No matter which side u book u will enjoy, go have fun!

Hello, guys 😊 Firstly, thank you for the video, it was very good. I would like to ask a question (perhaps you mentioned it in the video, but I don't understand English very well): how do tips work at the resort? Do you feel they treat you differently if you tip? Many thanks

Well, good question. If you can you do it if you can't then don't. I did not really see a difference in the customer service. We never really gave them a tip and they treated us fine. But am sure if you tip it would have an emotional effect. We were more interested in just relaxing so we were not really thinking about tipping. To be honest we did not even remember about tipping because everything was already included so we just had fun. Nobody bothered us about tipping or hovered to indicate that they wanted a tip. They were just nice.

@@AJAWIFAMILY In our country, we're not accustomed to tipping (especially when everything is already included 😅), but I heard it makes workers happier. Well, thank you for your help. 😊

Yah, it will make them happier. You should tip them, if you can, they will love you for it and they will take care of you.
