@@cameliagaudreau7770 the “pain signs” are most from riders yanking at their horses face with the bit. And what the hell are nosebands for? To me it seems like they are used to shut the horsed mouth to make it look like the horse isn’t in pain from the bit. I ride in a hackamore and I never get tension or head throwing. Horses love to jump, so the pain isn’t from the sport itself it’s from the extreme amount of pressure in their mouths from the bits.
