Hello Jaclyn, I saw several private wedding receptions taking place at this location. They don't shut down the Chill area but they rope off a section for the reception to take place. It would certainly be something that you could request with their wedding planner. I thought it was just a gorgeous and perfect area for a wedding and reception. Incredible view and really tropical in feel. The wedding planner was certainly working hard the day I saw her on site.
Thanks for the video! Been trying to find information about the Chill Out and can't find much. Thinking of spending our 25th anniversary day here, what type of food do they serve? Can you get massages there? Is all alcohol included? So excited!
Thanks so much for posting this video! I will be getting married at this resort later this year. My reception will be at the Chill Out area/restaurant. Do you think there is enough space to dance at the restaurant? I will probably have around 40-60 guests. I would prefer a hard surface for them to dance on as opposed to the sand. Let me know your thoughts.
Hi Terry, I was going back to all my notes and emails to give you the most accurate information. So, I am having around 40-60 guests and I had the same concern about the dance floor. There should be enough space for that number of people to dance in the Chill Out restaurant. Also, I think the Chill Out area offers you some extras that the Beach Party does not offer, such as, restrooms close by and the dance floor (restaurant floor). Please let me know if you have any other questions as I am still in the planning process for my November wedding :)

On the lunch menu they have typical pup food (hamburgers, fries, chips and guacamole, salad, etc. and the average cost is around $15.00 range charged to your room. Served at your lounger or restaurant, your choice. Also free drinks during your day served in glass not plastic. Excellent service!
