At 1st Glance on the exterior facade and grounds I became excited until the camera went inside and my excitement quickly cooled off. As for me, the interior layout didn't move me. Common layout seen on too many similar properties. Also there's no Marble flooring whatsoever ANYWHERE inside this house which is a MUST For a European designed estate house Of this Caliber. I can see cheaper interior materials along with the cheaper engineered hardwood floors used all the way throughout. This property is only "eye candy"
