Cd project should have put this in cyberpunk as a tribute to gta. Funny thing is this fits in with that game in a weird way. The late 90s 2000s urban environment had a very future vibe that people thought would be the future very cyber punk like if you were around the underground rave/goth scene. Lots of neon lots of drugs lots of parachute pants with color.
