@@stgwgeshdgdgeken2556 "but i know some sweet boys up in the pen that got bigger balls than you" "oh you been doing your time looking at sweet boy balls? oh, its good to have confirmation"
+GroveStreet4Life That's probably because the main story of GTA V is not focused on Franklin but focused on Michael, Trevor, and Franklin at the same time.
get it through your thick skull. ...gta v was NOT SAN ANDREAS they had NOTHING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER. THEY EXIST IN DIFFERENT UNIVERSES...CJ IS NOT FRANKLIN....THEY HAVE DIFFERENT GOALS, ASPIRATIONS, AND STRUGGLES!
lamborghini14572 have You noticed that i wrote "creativity" ? Franklin was never more or even close to CJ from SA... All the same , personality & everything else. But Trevor & Lamar are completely new and unique characters.
To anyone saying Franklin should’ve had more hood missions needs to understand that Franklins whole story was that the whole “gangster” way of getting money wasn’t working for him. He wanted to get out of the hood and make some real money. He saw that Michael was successful and decided that he was his best chance of getting out of the hood.
Actually, Lamar should have better role in Gta v. Franklin could die and Lamar could take his place. But it didn't go as planned because Real life Lamar ( forgot the name ) did get tied up for a few month and couldn't act for rockstar :( I wish we had more families or just gang missions
Franklin was the third wheel the entire story , he needs a DLC explaining his past and why he wanted to escape Groove Street . He had like four missions while Michael and Trevor had about 60
GTA V is a timeless classic, I remember the hype for the games release was unlike anything else, the game itself is so well made, the graphics, characters, the city of Los Santos is so much fun to explore, you never get bored, always something new to enjoy, a true gem and masterpiece by Rockstar Games, one of my all time favorite games 👏👏👏👏👏
You people just moan about too much, gta is an amazing game, probably the best game I've played and no, I'm not a fanboy, I just love gta, I don't understand why nobody can appreciate this great game instead of just moaning about it all the time...
I literally had a religious experience watching these trailers. They just didn't make the game with that traditional GTA vibe. Hope they can improve it.
we wanted more hood missions like San Andreas and more Lamar and Franklin moments. Too bad. This trailer was so promising and made me believe that gta v would be something like San Andreas! Never mind, this game was amazing
Franklin has been one of the most relatable, likeable, and realistic characters I've seen from rockstar. His struggle to leave the hood due to seeing what it's doing to his old family/friends while still trying to keep some of them is super captivating. I was questionable when I saw the 3 characters (honestly I thought Michael was going to be a Tommy vercetti clone, Franklin a CJ clone, and Trevor a 'so edgy' dude to bring in younger players) but their dynamic works so well.
It doesn't look like a game made 10 years ago. It's an incredible thing that they actually created something like this using their own game engines in those years.
I remember watching this nonstop. Me and my friend were so hyped for it we would play gta iv all day talking about this and we both preordered the collectors edition. This was now 4 years ago. Where does the time go? 12/05/2023 update GTA VI trailer dropped the other day, the nostalgia can’t even be put into words. Greatest game ever to be made once again by Rockstar 😈🔥
I was honestly hoping for the classic San Andreas feel with Franklin, doing gang based missions and touch more upon the new version of Grove Street, Ballas and Vagos.
+Redjoker96 none of the great mechanic's? Are you fukin kidding me? People like you have a very poor sense of judgement. GTA 5 is the best GTA in every way hence why it is the best selling one, end of.
crowyard Gameplay wise yeah it truly is the best, each GTA gets better with every installment but I don't think it has the best story in the series. I personally feel GTAIV and San Andreas had a better and more engaging story but that's just me. Other than that, yeah it is the best thus far XD
They really squeezed this game for 10 years, in hindsight I actually appreciate that they were willing to support a single game for so long without dropping annual releases. EA and 2k should take note
GTA V was awesome but the thing is I was dissapointed with franklin story line, I was expecting drive by shooting, more gang wars, I wanted franklin story to be as long as Trevor or Michael. Or well the game is good anyway
Nope. I disagree! Franklin story was trying to get OUT of gang-banging, while CJ was getting back into gang-banging. GTAV is all about the money. San Andreas was about family problems.
Gideon Land I agree with you Gideon....I think people (Myself included) have a hard time getting used to the fact that San Andreas Had its time... It hurts, but we must get used to it... D:
***** I agree, but what much backstory does he have. Michael and Trevor are older guys who's done shit, but Franklin is younger, and he lives in the ghetto. There's not really much of a back story there. Had a girlfriend, grew up with Lamar, they're gangbangers, thats about it. IMO of course.
That pan-up at 0:06. One thing I love about Los Santos (and Los Angeles probably) is that you can see the skyline from the ground no matter where you're at in the city. I love how clean the air looks on this game.
His story is kinda short and little bit wack that didn't give us more details about Franklin's life, but Rockstar needs more stuff on Mikeys and Franklins storylines but i like Trevors a lot better
I got a feeling in the game that F was the main one of the trio and M and T were just there to make it interesting, since Franklin had the most missions and most properties that only he could get.
But the whole plot relies on Michaels return to crime. Michael also got the most development in game and Franklin seems bland for me, I like Lamar much better.
Scripted Neko CJ Home?, he ain't nothing like CJ all he had to do was to do what he was told, while CJ only conquered lost santos and did the most missions.
I especially love the mission that starts off with Franklin understanding what the dog is telling him and he thinks he's going nuts. And the mission where he smokes Barry's weed and finds it doesn't affect him after Mickey and Trevor flip out and kill aliens/clowns. Franklin is definitely my favorite.
