Actually this is an actual thing that happened in real life back in 1995 I think taxi driver was beaten was by lapd cops when the jury said that they're going to be letting go for of the officers that's more involved and Presumed Innocent the whole Los Angeles turn into a riot because of people getting outrage of the incident and I think for a year the entire Los Angeles whats just ah riot until the US Army arrived and taking care of the whole incident however it such as people getting beaten by people in the middle of the road and not getting help with the LAPD do because it would be not getting people to get multiple people were injured or killed until the US Army arrived taking care of the situation however it ended up with hundreds of millions of dollars of damage to the public
