Added +hi ytds, texture sharing, and removed unneeded textures for performance.
Fixed a bunch of small issues with vehicles
Updated Full Expanded Jurisdiction Modern config.
Updated vehicle spawn percentages along with adding the two new vehicles
Updated issuable weapons to better match modern loadout (Min/No shotguns, more attachments, MK2 weapons, etc.)
Updated gang voices do not trigger as much (config in settings).
Updated some default settings.
Updated some more dispatcher items to be cached for performance.
Fixed bribe animation getting stuck (for real this time)
Fixed non-cars getting stuck on engine toggles
Fixed Emergency Services vehicles were getting vanity plates.

Completely redid the 2008 config
Vendor Customizations. Multiple Vendors per location are now supported along with DispatchablePerson and IssuableWeapons support. Customizations can be set at the store level
Vendor Reactions. They can now also violently react to crimes (like civilians). Percentages can be set at the store level
Tunnel Spawns. Police can now better respond to the player when they are hiding in tunnels.
Added IDs as a pickup from looting or holding up.
Added selling IDs at the forger.
Added buying a fake DL at the Forger.

Los Santos 2008 Config. Redid the config to better match the increased vehicles in FEJ. Be sure to check the install requirements as they have changed.
FEJ Config to handle the new vehicles and for balancing.
Chase Loop. The time jump from 2 - 3 and 3 - 4 stars has been greatly increased to allow longer chases.
Police Chase AI. They will now attempt a PIT at 3+ stars. Changed how the chases assists work so they should trigger more often.
Fuel logic to only change vehicles entered by the player.
Vendor/Service worker despawn logic.
Cached more items during spawning for performance.
County Spawn logic and percentages
Fire and EMS dispatch logic.
Removed lots of unused WAV files from the download.

Full Modern Traffic.:
Adds DLC vehicles to the traffic by modifying the popgroups.ymt file. Adds most normal vehicles to the corresponding traffic. Works with MP or SP map (traffic groups are identical).
Included with Los Santos Red, Install the greskfullmoderntraffic.oiv file found in LosSantosRED\AlternateConfigs.
