The fact that she cried when the car left the family is a warm tribute to the love they had for that automobile,a generation of memories goes down the road.
I had that car. It was the exact same year. The color was gray with the slightly darker gray vinyl top. Had the 305 under the hood and everything worked. Beautiful car. Always got compliments on it. I miss that car😢😢😢 Hope you give this one a great home. It looks like they did a phenomenal job in keeping the car up. Super Clean😊😊😊
Man… you just keep finding them. 31,000 miles. No rips and tears on the interior. That trunk look damn near like new. What an awesome and well kept car. I do feel that have pretty much honest and was very informative about the vehicle. All the trim is there too. All it need for now is them mayonnaise and mustard 🔥
My dad had an ‘85 light blue and dark blue two tone Bonneville Brougham with the rally wheels, white walls and light blue crushed velour interior. It did not have a vinyl top and was a beautiful car in an amazing color with all options. I loved that car. Exact same styling as the Parisienne.
Absolutely love it! Whitewalls will make it look much better! A lot of folks didn't want a vinyl top because of rust. I'm sure this was still in the time where you could order your car the way you wanted it. Enjoy it!
The vinyl top was an option Pontiac said it would've clashed and didn't want to take away from the sporty aero mirrors that's why they went with a two tone colored top 'Cheviacs" 💯
Love the Parisienne! My friends dad had the wagon version, ‘86, maroon in and out with the wood grain paneling, and wire wheel covers. Spent a lot of time in the rear facing seats. It was NICE… and for sure it had whitewalls!

What a great collection! I'm glad you are not putting gaudy wheels on everything and leaving some of them alone.
this is a TRUE SURVIVOR ! lol!! my dad had one of these as his last car , in cleveland the salt on the roads ate that car up and it just fell to pieces yet always ran . not a pontiac fan olds 98s ONLY but this one here id make an exception
I have been following this car on Marketplace for months. Please keep it original. I believe the car may have been ordered with the vinyl top delete. Definitely a beautiful Pontiac. I hope to see future video's on this car.
That is an awesome car!! I have my late mom's 1986 Pontiac Parisienne Brougham which has the identical interior with the cushion seats, in the same burgundy, with burgundy exterior paint, but also with burgundy vinyl roof featuring the same 'coach lights'. 305 with 700R4... kind of odd to see the battery on the driver side on your car. Dashboard, HVAC, stereo with yellow LED display are even the same, only there are temperature and voltage instruments to the left and right of the speedometer and fuel gauge. The trunk is in identical pristine condition, even with the cover on the mini spare. Wow. I would think this a review of 'mom's car', except it for not having the vinyl roof or whitewalls. Mom purchased it new in late fall of 1985 and I don't believe it has ever been in the rain since. This video inspires me to take it out of storage for a drive again soon.
You are correct , it is the real problem finding cars that aren't screwed up. Everything seems to have been modified in some way or another. It is also common to see trashed interiors and rust. I also run across little miles cars. That should be nice but were in the hands of buffoons that did not know how to work on them. I recently came across a beautiful early '80s Pontiac that someone had hacked holes in trying to access some fasteners.
Some of the late 70s era Pontiac Safari station wagons offered a "Valencia" interior with striped seats which were really cool. Neighbors had one in the late 70s / early 80s. You can search 'Pontiac Safari Valencia' in photos to see this.
Yes that one so clean you don't find them clean like this I had a 86 pairrasiene brougham two-tone silver an white boldhead it was my first car in 06 it was clean just like that t you making me miss mine looking at this one
WOW THAT IS A BEAUTIFUL RIDE THAT WAS THE TOP OF THE LINE PONTIAC IN THOSE DAYS. PARI SI ENNE SWEET CAR.....OLDSMOBILE DIVISION 307 V8 5.0 LITRE. UNDER HOOD.
BROAM. BROME. The "ham" isn't pronounced, just sort of glossed over. That's a nice Pontiac! And her grandfather probably ordered it without the vinyl top, which was a great idea... They all rotted when they had them... And that one is THAT MUCH rarer because it doesn't have it. Looks like it's "full house", otherwise... And a great color combination.
Black Panther here: Hey Juan i know you smiled all the way home ? That Pontiac is SUPER CLEAN!! WITH ONLY 34K MIKES...😮😮YEAAAAAA I HOPE YOU KEEP THIS ONE. ITS GONNA LOOK GOOD IN THE FLEET, RIGHT NEXT TO LUCKY! #MRBOXCHEVYKING
you definately need some whitewalls....... my great aunt had this exact car same model year and it was a brougham model with the same interior and exterior colour. Hers had the vinyl roof it was also same rose colour as the body of the car. I like the look of the vinyl roof. They don't make cars like this anymore ! I miss them. Looks like you scored getting this one ! I would hold on to this car for a long time and enjoy it !
That’s super clean. My dad had the old ‘78 Bonneville Brougham coupe with the old Pontiac 301 in it. That wasn’t the best engine, but it sure was pretty, inside and out. This 307 Olds won’t do you bad at all.
He said put some white walls on to bring it back to life. This car really never died😂. It's been a long time since I gazed upon a automobile in pristine condition.
It would have been a special ordered car most likely. My mom and dad had 1986 Pontiac Parisian brougham special ordered garage kept sold it it 2006 had 21,000 original miles. Memphis Tn here. Same color!! Great cars. The color is called Claret.
I was in sales Oldsmobile dealer ,we always had a selection of cars no vinyl/ vinyl delete, not everyone was a fan of the vinyl tops, especially if you had one that was rustingfrom under the top, they were notorious for rusting, from south east michigan, nice score
Damm that car clean, if you find a clean original car, distance shouldn't matter. It's ALOT of old schools around they just sitting in barns and garage's😮😮😮
