Wish I found you before I made the purchase! Got it directly from the co. I have short but dense lashes that are poker straight. As soon as I had the device in hand I knew by the design it wasn’t going to have much effect for me. Was just so wishing to find a remedy for a longer lasting curl! I love my Shu Uemera curler but now especially wearing masks, my lashes uncurl so quickly!! Unfortunately, this had no result. Used it on the high setting on bare lashes, felt nice but nothing. The instructions do say better results w/ mascara. I don’t have hopes that would be miraculous. Now if they only made this in the design as the clamp curler.....Great video & I’ll have to try the Neulash serum you mentioned.

The directions on the box clearly state to the curler AFTER applying mascara.

Yep!my eyelashes are to short,so the medal eyelash curler doesnt work for me!

You gotta hold it in place longer not run it through, but it works best with mascara on then do it.

Hi! Can you tell me how to clean this heated lash curler? it works for me, but I don't know how to fully clean it. It says not to run it under water cuz of the coils so I still have dried mascara imbedded in it. Wiping it down I can't get the coils clean. Thanks!

So I bought this and I use it for the recommended time 10 second did not see lift I did it for 30 seconds I am seeing lift but had to do a couple of times

You are doing it wrong. 10 seconds in the same spot. Press it against your skin.

What eye lash curler is that?

This isn't even how you actually use it. No wonder it doesn't work lol
