As long as its sunny out & warm i hang my clothes & curtains out for that fresh smell & bleaching benifits of the sun & fresh air.Never thought i'd live to 70 to be cònsidered a senior. Right, most traditional grandmas would have a compost bin, and for freshening the garbage disposal, they would add fresh orange or any citrus peels. Have a good one!
@@SavingSavers the first one came out in 1940 . 1950s most people had them in their homes. Guess it depends on how old grandma is ND probably where she is from considering these are not common where I'm from.
...You left out Washing down the Walls and Baseboards...on the " Seasonal Cleaning " . Theres a lot of things here that " Grandma did not use/ have access to. .." Grandma did not have a Garbage disposal. Why are you showing a CARPET CLEANER when talking about Baking Soda for Carpets ...??? Bad Editing.
Thanks for noticing @thevintagebelle, we'll do better next time! As for the garbage disposal; this would be applicable for modern grandmas, traditional grandmas would place small pieces of orange peels in the trash can to naturally freshen it up. Have a good day!
I first thought the same thing about the disposal but they were showing the trash can so figured the point was as they said, we can use for disposal and trash but they just used as trash.
