4 Eggs
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Vegetable Oil 90ml (6 tablespoons)
Milk 100ml (7 tablespoons)
Plain Flour 200g (1 ¼ cup)
Baking powder 1 ½ teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond Essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Apricot Jam 300g (1 cup)
Baking pan 8-inch round
Bake in a preheated Oven at 180c (356f) for:
1st time - 15 minutes
2nd time - 15 minutes
3rd (last time) - 20 minutes
