Recipe and ingredients:
3 zucchini
To cut in half
Cut off the peel
Make cuts
Place on parchment
Brush with olive oil
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes
3 tomatoes
Make cuts
Pour in boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes
Cut 1 onion into half rings
Olive or vegetable oil
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 4 cloves of garlic
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Chop 1 red pepper
Fry for 2-3 minutes

Cut tomatoes into cubes
Fry for 5 minutes
Salt, pepper, sugar
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Chop parsley
Fry for 1 more minute
Crush the zucchini pulp
Spread the filling on the zucchini
Grate 70 g of cheese on a fine grater
Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes
