People are too used to fast paced action that deals the most swings and hits for little damage. They can’t handle a strong swing that does massive damage. It’s alien to them. They need to move at light speed and deal absolutely nothing. They need to!!!

@@TheLuconic mindless button mashing on Jedi Grand Master difficulty will get you killed. Crossguard stance is perfect for this since JGM difficulty forces you to observe and punish your enemies and what better way than to land a single hit with massive damage.

Crossgaurd was perfect for this fight.

@edgewalker00 Don't underestimate dual wield stance, it's the only stance that lets you guard cancel which lets you attack non-stop as long as they don't use red atracks, but then real skill comes into play where you can force dodge or force parry those attacks.

I hated crossguard but it carried me through the Rayvis fight

Fractured Sanity might have been another option.

This is definitely way easier than the 2 oggdos🥲that took me about 2h30, this one took me less than an hour

Rancors are useless when you are underneath it's arms. It can miss it's attacks hilariously and wouldn't do the grab attack, gotta avoid the stomp AOE attacks though

@@AlawiDenGhosty how did u do the 2 oggdos? I used dual wield and blaster stance so I could try and stay as far away as possible and use single blade from blaster to parry to refill my force and blaster bullets

Can you 100% it BEFORE completing the story?

@stryfetc1471 I believe so.... You need some of the abilities you gain progressing through the story, but if you want to focus on completing all areas before you complete the story, you can. There are treasure maps that help you find all chest, scans etc etc. I believe there are 5 treasure maps total and makes it so much easier than aimlessly wondering for hours.

Nope, some force echoes are only available after the story 🫡

Yeah🥲i wish that the purity perk you get in new game+ where you have a massive increase in damage and increase in incoming damage always does finisher animations seeing that everything is pretty much 1 shot, would make the game feel phenomenal in new game+. But ofc, I understand why they make u hit everything like a baseball bat🥲

If you read the changes under the difficulty setting, you’re able to see the difference descriptions for the three bars enemy aggression incoming damage, parrying time

Whats great about jedi survivor is that you can easily see what difficulty a player is on. At the bottom corner of the screen where the stances and the stims are, you will see 2 yellow dots. This means that it is on grandmaster. Each dot signifies what difficulty its on. @@AlawiDenGhosty something I found in ng+ was if you equip the purity perk while on grandmaster difficulty, the dots turn red.

I already took them out sadly🥲 i beat them but i did take some damage, didnt attempt to do a no damage😅thought they werent enough for my time😅

100% agree🫡my main is dual weild and second is crossguard, and as u said, dual weild for fast combat and for grouped enemies, and crossguard for big bois. Top 2 stances 🫡

Oh wow fantastic gameplay, the ending was painful🥲 what i did was when i was in the animation and after i killed one, i would hold block to stop any attacks, if hes about to stomp, you have enough time to jump away if you have the reaction time. But ur so close, u easily got this 🫡

@@AlawiDenGhosty I was just falling to one rancor using its instant kill while I was in the windup for an attack knowing there was nothing I could do. I like the really really quick blaster stance pokes because you can occasionally sneak an extra one in without risking getting grabbed. Couldn't match your zero damage run but watching how you handled their attacks really helped

Dual sabers pretty good in terms of mobility and speed too, i tried that and blaster stance but i found the crossguard easier personally. Even though it was slow, id make sure to attack when i knew it was safe, really adds a lot of unnecessary complications during the fight tho😅 but no worries about not doing it without taking damage🫡 what matters is that you beat those suckers and had fun doing do🫡 and glad to hear i was of some help :)

Oh yeah 100%, the parkour ones are fine but id rather take out hundreds of battle droids or bosses. Really wish they added main bosses too, wouldve been amazing🥲

@@AlawiDenGhosty I'm playing on grandmaster and only use cross guard when I break their guard otherwise I'm just using dual wield for virtually all combat that attack cancel into block is just so good when it becomes over whelming and you can over extend in some cuz u can cancel to block.

Idk how you would find it easier though, I had an issue here where sometimes I was dodging one rancor grab to only end up in another or some bs. Took me about an hour and a half to beat this on Grandmaster.

Have had many recently do the classic "youre trash get gud" and im like.... yeah ok, but he catches me during the dodge animation, I try jumping and doging to the side, just dodging to the side, jumping over, back, etc. The furthest I've gotten now is I got one of them to about 1/3 life, but the other one keeps grabbing me either during a dodge animation, or while I'm mid swing or fresh off of a dodge from the first one. This might be the hardest rpg fight I've ever attempted. and I say attempted because I still have not even come close to beating it lol. The solo Rancor, yeah took me a few to learn things, but this makes that look like cake. Like ok wonky grabs during dodging, I can try to time it better, but is so much harder vs 2. Much respect for the no hit though lol. I would feel better if everyone was like "no its impossible" but seeing people do it so (seemingly) effortlessly is both cool cuz its doable, but makes me feel bad because I cant even come close hahaha. Though I haven't really died to anything aside from the 1shot grab, so at least I'm not blowing through my heals? Will take my wins where I can get them lol

No worries man :)) and those people who say “get good” tend to be terrible at gaming in general anyway, they just one trick ponies at a game and think theyre great xd but trust me man, its all about experience and practice 🫡 the more u try, the closer u are to beating them. A tip I recommend is to keep eyes on both of them as much as u can, and dont be afraid to not attack and run away if u cant land a hit. These challenges are mostly about timing more than skill, if u can perfect the timings, u can beat them🫡🫡and the fact that u can take on 1 shows that u have some skill🫡all u gotta do is take ur time, focus on 1 and kill it, then its a home run :) but also dont forget, its all about having fun bro :) and when u do beat it, u will feel great, also let me know when u do, eager to find out🙆‍♂️u got this🫡
