Ingredients:
3 eggs (separate egg whites and yolks)
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
Lemon peel
130g sugar
80 ml butter
180 ml milk
300g flour
15 g raising agent
3 tablespoons candied fruit
23 cm baking dish (grease with oil)
Bake at 175°C for 35-40 minutes.
